The first steps have already been taken.
It is never too late to learn how to be comfortable with yourself.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to understanding people—their emotions, their fears, and the unseen threads that connect us all. My path unfolded in two meaningful chapters.
The first began with life coaching, where I learned how deeply listening and gentle guidance can transform relationships—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us. This work strengthened my empathy and taught me that true connection begins with presence and understanding.
The second chapter revealed my soul’s purpose: walking alongside others through the sacred journey of death and dying. In this space, I found the calm within the chaos—the quiet beauty of helping people find peace, meaning, and dignity at life’s end.
I have completed the Death Doula Certificate Program through the Home Hospice Association, which has deepened both my knowledge and my commitment to this work. My mission is to help individuals and families navigate the emotions, questions, and choices that arise during life’s final transition.
I believe that everyone has the right to die in a way that reflects their values, beliefs, and wishes. Through compassionate presence and informed support, I aim to bring clarity, comfort, and connection to those I serve.
You can learn more about my experience and the services I offer under the Death Doula tab. My hope is that, together, we can create space for peace—at the end of life, and in the living that comes before it.

Life Coach
Walking Beside, Not Ahead
“A life coach is someone who helps their clients, and themselves, overcome fear in order to create the life they always want.” – Carey Peters, Life coach institute.
I am dedicated to supporting my clients through every stage of their journey, offering compassionate guidance and meaningful services tailored to their individual needs. My goal is to ensure that each person I work with feels seen, heard, and supported—no matter where they are on their path.
As my practice continues to evolve, I am grateful to be part of a growing network of exceptional professionals. This allows me to connect clients with additional resources and trusted practitioners when specialized support is needed. If I am not the right fit for your particular situation, I will do my best to guide you toward someone who is.
The Life Coaching section of my work is a space designed for growth, reflection, and transformation. There, you’ll find resources, classes, and practical guidance to help navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
With a Life Coach Diploma and a holistic approach rooted in wellness and emotional understanding, I offer support in a wide range of areas—budgeting and financial mindfulness, habit change, relationship coaching, career direction, and personal empowerment.
Whether you’re seeking to create healthier routines, improve communication, gain direction in your professional life, or simply have someone walk beside you through change, I am here to provide guidance, encouragement, and a steady presence as you move forward.

Death Doula
Finding My Calling
Finding my calling has been a two-part journey. The first step began with life coaching—a path that deepened my understanding of human connection and improved how I relate to friends, coworkers, employers, and family. It taught me the importance of listening with intention and meeting others where they are.
The second part of my journey led me to my true passion: helping people find calm within the chaos that often surrounds death. Through this work, I discovered a profound sense of purpose in guiding individuals and families through one of life’s most vulnerable transitions.
I recently completed the Death Doula Certificate Program through the Home Hospice Association, an experience that strengthened both my knowledge and my commitment to end-of-life care. With this foundation, I aim to support others in meaningful, compassionate ways—ensuring that every person has the right to die with dignity, choice, and peace.
Under the Death Doula tab, you’ll find more about my training, my approach, and how these services can support you or your loved ones. My role is to help people navigate their emotions, fears, and questions around death, offering guidance, comfort, and clarity along the way.
I feel deeply rewarded by this work—helping the terminally ill, their families, and anyone seeking understanding find direction, acceptance, and grace during life’s final chapter.

Health and Wellness Coaching
In addition to my work as a Death Doula and Life Coach, I hold a Health and Wellness Diploma, which allows me to guide clients toward balanced, sustainable well-being. My background in nutrition, exercise science, and behavior change techniques provides a strong foundation for helping individuals achieve their goals in a healthy and lasting way.
When it comes to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, education and balance are key. Through personalized meal planning, mindful habit change, and evidence-based strategies, I help clients reach their health goals while fostering a positive and sustainable relationship with food.
My approach goes beyond numbers on a scale—it’s about cultivating a healthy, compassionate connection with your body and creating habits that support your overall well-being. I understand that weight and our relationship with food can be deeply personal and often challenging. Together, we can work toward finding balance, nourishment, and confidence in your daily life.
Whether you’re looking to improve your nutrition, establish new routines, or simply feel better in your body, I’m here to offer informed guidance, encouragement, and care every step of the way.

My Commitment to You
I want to express my unwavering commitment to stand beside you through every stage of your journey. Your well-being and progress are always my highest priority. If at any point I feel that your needs extend beyond my scope, please know that I will continue to support you as we work together to connect you with the right resources and professionals.
My goal is to ensure that you never feel alone in this process. With compassion, respect, and steady guidance, I am dedicated to walking with you—every step of the way and beyond.
You are worthy. You deserve to live the life you dream of. This is a safe space. Everyone is welcome.
